Well, how about answering a few questions...some are kind of hard!

Why do we want a web site???

• Sell stuff?
• Get leads for distributors?
• Prestige?
• Everybody else has one?
• Build customer relationships?
• Inform and persuade?

Ok, here is the tough one...

• Who is our audience???

...and don't just say the whole world!

Really now, try and define your audience...young, old, male/female, business large or small, tourist, current customers, golfers, distributors???  Chances are there are several descriptors.

This will partly define how elaborate a site to build...(do they have high speed access or modems from home?).  It will also guide  the design of the graphics.
